Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the Conference, you may send
a representative to take your place by notifying the Conference
Secretariat in writing. A refund of 50% of paid delegate
fees will be given for cancellations received in writing
on or before 31 August, 2009. Cancellation after this date
will not be refunded.
