Registration Form
Further details on delegate registration times and procedures
will be sent to registered delegates nearer the date of the
Conference. On-site delegate registration will be accepted.
However, availability of hotel accommodation and participation
in selected events at the time may be severely limited. Please
indicate any special dietary requirements in the space provided
on the registration form. If requirements are not given at
the time of registering, there is no guarantee that the special
diet will be provided.
