- Please book through the Event Manager to avail of the conference delegates’ rates.
- Nett rates include complimentary breakfast, 10% service charge, applicable government tax and transfer from airport to hotel upon arrival
- All incidental charges such as food and beverage, telephone calls, mini-bar, laundry, etc. will be charged to your personal account and must be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out.
- Hotel rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- To secure your hotel reservation, full payment is required on or before 18 July 2009, payable directly to PHILIPPINE CORROSION SOCIETY INC. (PHICS).
- Onsite payments will not be accepted.
- Cancellation of hotel reservation made after 18 July 2009 shall be subject to a one-night cancellation fee on a per room basis.
- Cancellation of hotel reservation made after 18 August 2009 shall be subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the entire duration of stay on a per room basis.
- Cancellation of hotel reservation made after 03 September 2009 shall be subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the entire duration of stay on a per room basis.
- In the event of a “no show”, strictly no refund shall be made.
