Asian Pacific Corrosion
Council Conference (APCCC) is an academic, non-profit organization which was
founded in 1979 to promote the developments of corrosion
science and anti-corrosion engineering and to promote academic
exchange and cooperation among corrosion scientists and engineers
in different countries.
APCCC Council has selected the Philippines to be the host
country for the 15th APCCC and will be organized by the Philippine
Corrosion Society, Inc (PhiCS).
The APCCC's objectives are:
- to further the awareness of corrosion control and conservation
of material resources throughout the Asian-Pacific region,
- to provide a forum for exchange of knowledge and hold
discussion and conferences every after three (3) years
within the Asian Pacific region and
- to provide in the future a facility for the chanelling
of technical information exchange and assistance.
